Prior to the conception of Gather Gourmet, Cathy was often being asked to make potstickers for her friends and family - for parties, as appetizers, as unique gifts, and especially as part of an easy, healthy dinner. Traditionally, it has been part of Chinese culture to gather in the kitchen and catch up with friends while making potstickers. It is our hope to make it simple for family and friends to gather around the kitchen table and enjoy such a delicious, authentic homecooked meal straight from the freezer.
Since its creation, Gather Gourmet has also provided catering and tasting parties, along with establishing a Potsticker of the Month Club. The appeal of our potstickers is based on not only their gourmet taste, but the effortlessness of a one-step delicacy for any occasion.
